I studied at The School of Sustainable Construction & The Real Estate Institute and there are so many specializations, many of which are sub-divisions of real estate, such as complex project management and healthcare facility. They are very specialized and require not only specialized knowledge but also further knowledge of real estate that most students are not familiar with. This results in a wide range of backgrounds for students in each specialism. However, the needs of each student are different, and many students with backgrounds other than real estate want to study more specialized knowledge.
