I like how the staff treat everyone equal and always show support. They make sure Everyone understands the topics and they give extra support to who needs it. They give up their spare time to help. They have several facilities which include sports hall, library, and computer services. There is a wide range of subjects to choose from so you can plan your future well. Support is always available
View moreMy program, project management is being thought with real life scenarios. Our teachers encourage us to take part in every aspect of the teaching by presentations on the topics we are being thought and also developing business case for the school and for companies.
View moreI loved the methods the lecturers used to teach the course, the course is confusing and challenging to some extent in itself but due to the teaching standards, it was something I could overcome. It’s a really fantastic course to study.
View moreThe teachers are very friendly and always helpful, they make sure you’re happy with your subject by checking in with you through emails and face to face. The subjects are fun and interesting and there is always one for you to pick from as there is a wide range to choose from. Overall great university.
View moreDefinitely worth going to open day or going on their website to see what this amazing uni has to offer. The University of Sunderland has a really good reputation! The staff are friendly and always are happy to help. There is a wide range of subjects to choose from and the staff help you to pick the right one for you. They have a gym, library open spaces etc. You can become a student ambassador to help the university progress. Overall, an amazing place to be.
View moreI study law and I have to say this university is amazing. We would’ve gone to a court case if the pandemic didn’t happen which would’ve been an amazing experience. The subject has a wide range of topics to cover which are all interesting and it gets you thinking about the law and what needs to be changed. The staff will help you understand your work and will sit with you if you need extra support. The university has lots of facilities including a gym. Overall this university is the place to be.
View moreThis university is very good, the staff help as. Best as they can and listen to your concerns and resolve and soon as they can. They have a wide range of subjects to choose from so there is something for everyone to enjoy. There are lots of events going on and the facilities are great. The library is quit and they have a vast range of books to do your topics and also they have good working computers. Overall, this uni is good and I would recommend going.
View moreThe power points are very long and too much detail has been put on them, this makes it hard to take notes and to stick with you. They need to be more summarised in my opinion. The staff help you with your work and help you get engaged so no one is missed out. If you don’t understand talk to the teacher and they will make Time to chat and get things sorted. If you don’t want to talk face to face the teachers will reply to your email within 72 hours which is very handy. The university has many facilities and the libraries are very clean and well looked after with lots of computers and books for your studies. Go print you have to put money on your card which is no problem because it is cheap. Overall this university is good.
View moreI like how they try to support you and give you things you need for your chosen subject ( they helped me get a lab coat and glasses and a green nurse uniform) I like how we get to make friends with new people. I think they could improve on the lessons they could try to make them more interesting and summarise everything more to make it easier for students, a lot of university students go through mental health issues, therefore, I think that it should be taken much more seriously and taken into consideration. PowerPoints should be summarised a lot as there are far too many slides students need to go through which is very boring and takes a lot of time and makes students lose interest/ lose focus. The university should have a variety of courses to choose from that actually do really well, and students should get higher chances of leaving with a degree. However, there are very limited options on what students really want to do.
View moreThis program allows you to see how people need help in their life and to be kind because you don’t know what they are going through. It teaches you how to do risk assessments and be safe at work to report things. allows you to be social with other classmates and help each other through your course. The teachers are great as they make sure you understand the full lecture they will help you further if you need this extra help, they are always open for emails no matter what the issue is or you may want to send them a positive email. Overall, I love this subject and university.
