My experience at the University of Salford has been incredibly fulfilling. The accounting and finance program offered a well-rounded curriculum taught by engaging and supportive faculty members. I appreciated the diverse range of courses available, which provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the field and prepared me for the workforce.

Throughout my time at Salford, I had the opportunity to engage in practical learning experiences, including internships and real-world projects, which greatly enhanced my skills and knowledge. The university’s resources, including the library and career services, were invaluable in supporting my academic and professional development.

Beyond academics, the campus community at Salford is vibrant and inclusive, providing opportunities to connect with peers and participate in extracurricular activities. Overall, my experience at the University of Salford has been enriching, and I would highly recommend it to prospective students seeking a quality education and a supportive learning environment.

The university has provided exceptional support during university. For instance, by offering students workshops related to jobs to improve our chances of securing a job. as well as, counselling service during difficult times like today. In terms of societies, the university is to some extent limited by the choices it offers to students. I think this is an area of improvement it needs to consider. However, I am fully satisfied with the Accounting and Finance course that I am currently studying. The lecturers are very educated and will go the extra mile to ensure understanding e.g. by staying after the lectures to discuss any topics that I had struggled with. I think they have done a great job and are super enthusiastic about the course which very much helps students like me learn. However, I think more should be done to facilitate discussion among students to reduce awkwardness. It is a very diverse uni which has helped me settle in especially considering I am an international student.

The university itself is very diverse and provides lots of external opportunities to help the students to improve and build there character. the university lectures go out of their way to help you and provide detailed and well-informing learning sources that are beneficial when it comes to revision.
