The constant response to queries.
As an international student, I thought that I would have difficulty contacting personnel about my concerns, however, I was wrong! The responses are usually prompt, and if the person I get cannot help me, they are sure to pass on my query to someone who can.
It takes a great weight off of my shoulders as an international Student.
