The social life at university is so much fun as well with nights out or formals, and theme nights (drinking and non-drinking included).
The university provides incredible support throughout your studies to help you achieve your goals.They also help you so much for finding placements and for your post-grad applications with career talks, CV and applications workshops to help you find the perfect opportunity for you.
My course is also an incredible opportunity for me to learn and work at the same time as it offers a placement throughout my four years at university. Moreover, it provides me with exemption towards my ACA qualification which gives me a head-start on my career.
Reading University offers great and modern accommodations that are very central around campus. This create such a tight-knit community and you get to meet people from so many different countries. I made some of my closest friends at university and I couldn’t be more grateful as they made my university experience so much fun.
Moreover, the University has so many green spaces with a lake and a garden situated on campus which is perfect if you enjoy running or if you just want a little relaxing stroll. It is also very easy to access town as it is only a 25min walk or a 15min bus ride.
Overall, my university experience was incredible. You grow and learn so much and yet you have so much fun and meet so many people. You have so much freedom which is the perfect time to try new activities and who knows, you might find something that you really like doing.
