    Great for Student Life

I really enjoyed my life as a student here, even though the pandemic didn’t allow very much to happen.

It’s great for a sense of community and the teaching is exceptional.

We were affected by marking boycotts and strikes unfortunately which did mean that a third of the teaching and assessments were incomplete.

All in all, a decent university. It’s a great city with excellent student facilities. But most courses don’t have enough contact time. We are now paying her £9,000 worth of debt, but the quality of her education and the time she spends with her teachers has not improved. They can’t charge tuition fees, but they can’t improve the service you provide. This isn’t just a Nottingham problem, it’s a national problem. Universities have done a good job of creating more services to support the health and mental health of their students. That’s great, but these are mostly student-run services, so you’re limited in what you can do. I’ve been a nightline volunteer since 1st grade. I believe that what we and others her SLS are doing is very important and very important, but I can only help and support my fellow students. Student counseling is doing a very good job and more funding is needed to expand and shorten the enormous wait times for students who urgently need help.

    University of Nottingham

Universities can be unorganized, especially in my program, faculty can be unresponsive when you need help with assignments or preparing for exams. I always have a hard time finding a seat because it fits. I feel like a lot of money spent in the year I was there was spent in the wrong place – for example, it was spent on decorative purposes rather than improving the utility of the college. I was. A place for all students, more food options and more. Overall the university is good, but there is a lot of room for improvement.

University of nottingham campus is located in the city centre. The campus is about a 5 minute walk from the Victoria Center and various other shops. This is a great way to take a break from your class schedule, stretch your legs, grab a snack, or grab a much-needed alcoholic beverage. Within the city campus are various auditoriums, the SU building, various cafeterias, diners, career and counseling services, SU nightclubs and banks. There are various services within SU.
Nightclubs, financial advisory services, advisory services, gyms, climbing activities, bars, cafeterias. For days when you’re on a tight budget but still want to treat yourself, the cafeteria offers nice inexpensive food and drink. Any advice would be helpfu

    Bachelor in Notts

I joined Nou in my second year from London. We weren’t “freshmen” so had a great event meeting a lot of other people in my situation. I’m studying biomedicine and I love this course. There is an even split between coursework and exams which I prefer. We have an Employability Department that helped us with our Master’s applications and future jobs, and this service is still available for up to three years after graduation. Overall, I’m glad I made the switch to Nou. I was so impressed with this university that I was able to apply for my master’s degree at Nou

    Amazing student experience

I’m so thrilled that I decided to study at UoN for my undergraduate degree. The university alone has so much to offer and there is always something going on. University Park Campus is one of the most beautiful campuses in the country in my opinion and the SU is super supportive of students. Student life is always a motive during the week and the city centre seeks to accommodate students. Would definitely recommend for future prospective students.

    Loved My Time Here

The University of Nottingham has a welcoming feel to it with beautiful grounds and period style buildings. There are good facilities on site, a great library and bookshop (perfect for my degree – English Lit), lots of food/drink options, and it’s very easy to get into the city centre with various bus stops dotted about campus. The course was varied and very enjoyable, with third year module options being a particular highlight. The only downside was the compulsory Medieval English module which i found served no purpose then or now. Overall I loved my time at the University and in the city and would recommend it for someone looking for a new and exciting adventure, but doesn’t want to be overwhelmed by the vastness of cities like London and Manchester.

Vibrant student community on a beautiful campus

I had a fantastic time at UoN. My course was interesting and varied throughout, and the academic staff were generally very good. The university also gave me an excellent experience living in halls in first year and provided a superb range of work experience opportunities, of which I was able to take advantage.
