Nottingham Trent University - NTU Speciality : Accounting & Finance
programme: Accounting and Finance

Teachers and resources were great. Lectures were interesting and helpful. I would have preferred more of a mix of group of people in seminars as I struggled to make friends. Campus was lovely and loved the library.

The teaching is good and the lecturers explain topics clearly. Seminar classes help with deeper understanding and class participation.
The university focuses a lot on employability and runs many useful career events. There are also plenty of activities to get involved in. It is supportive of students who work part-time or are mature students.
Overall, I would recommend it.

NTU often gets a lot of hate and often when saying you go there you get ridiculed too, but overall academically I’ve had a good experience there, the lecturers are good, exams are challenging and they offer a good range of opportunities to professionally develop.
