I learned a lot already, I can’t believe there are 3 and a bit more years of this. Electrical and Electronics Engineering at The University of Manchester is probably one of the best courses I could’ve chosen.

The classes are perfect, I loved the staff and the professors. I strongly suggest everyone applies! Since I came here I was accepted by the community, the place was perfect and the accommodation was better than expected.
Especially during lectures, we have plenty of space to study, so the facilities are amazing!

The university forms a nice environment to grow and learn about your discipline. Specifically, the course that I study is quite engaging and focuses well on the practical side of the engineering discipline. The opportunities to meet people from all around the world are numerous and the city by itself is student-friendly.

On the other hand, the university accommodation is expensive and the buildings relatively old with small rooms. Also, a better interest could have been given to the transport, since there are no university buses to help students reach the campus.

UoM has a great acceptance policy. Everyone is welcome and made to feel like home. Moreover, STEM education at UoM is top notch. The University is always ranked amongst the best for STEM employability.

An international university with many things going on for every taste. The education level is really high. A very good experience for international students as you get to meet people from all around the world.
