I think the University of Manchester is an amazing experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone. From the amazing educational standard with great professors and facilities to all the extracurricular opportunities that the university supports and facilities, you get amazing opportunities out of it and get to meet a lot of amazing people.

Aside from your degree, the university has a lot to offer aside from it. From many societies to trips abroad! Manchester is the place to go as there is always something going on and something to do. The University is continuously developing the campus with the new engineering campus due to finish; it never gets old.

When coming to university I want really sure what I wanted to do. I knew it was going to be something revolving around engineering but soon as I saw this course I knew I wanted to do it. I’m currently in my third year and the material we cover is really in-depth and eye-opening about the world of aerospace engineering. I pile definitely recommend someone who is interesting in this field of study to do so as it, in my case, I find it very inspirational.

The professors are the bestest ever. Always insightful, helpful and willing to mentor students no matter how silly our questions are. UoM provides outstanding academic and life service including CV editing workshops, academic writing training courses, and free legal consulting. Deffo recommend! The only bad thing is it seems have enrolled lots of students with ordinary or even poor academic background, which kinda damage the reputation and performance of the uni.

As the title states, the course was ok but nothing special. It provides a decent overview of Aerospace engineering theory but never really delved into much depth. There wasn’t much interaction between theory and practice as the labs were fairly surface level and didn’t require hard work to get good grades.
