ICL was a wonderful experience for me. I was given the chance to attend one of the top universities in the world to study. Great education and great culture. As soon as I graduated, I found work.

I graduated from imperial college in 2021 with a master’s in electrical and electronics engineering in first class. The course is very good and not very difficult to follow. Anyone interested in the field, I would recommend the college

The structure of the course I’m doing is good and has a strong list of modules, with a good variety of areas to specialize in. However, some aspects of the delivery could be better. For instance, not all lecturers are great and the video quality of the lecture recordings can be very bad at times. Aside from this, I feel I am getting a good predation for my career ahead with lots of practical experience through labs and projects every year.

Aside from academics, there is a large variety of societies and clubs. Almost all possible areas of interests are covered. The campus is small but nice – some buildings are a bit old though. The dorms are largely away from campus and most suffer from being old. But the newer ones, aside from being far from campus, are perfect.

Overall I’ve had a very good experience and have enjoyed my time here so far. It was a good decision to come here.

Imperial is a leading STEM university. The technology and research set us apart from other universities and the staff is phenomenal. I don’t think any other university matches Imperial when it comes to training problem-solvers for the real world.

Students need to be more supportive of each other and help each other in times of need. We need to get rid of the toxicity wherein each person thinks they can outperform the next person if they keep all the information they know to themselves.

Imperial provides all of their students with the best of resources in all aspects. Networking is an immensely useful tool that can also be exercised well in the number of networking opportunities available on campus!

I really do like the university, there is a lot to learn, however some administrative processes could be better and we should definitely get more feedback as currently we get around 0. Hence I would be happy to see more feedback on assignments, exams and general response from tutors to see how do I really stand not just how do I think I stand.
