I am doing MSc Management and Sustainable Tourism degree in University of Glasgow this year.
The lecturers and tutors in my courses are knowledgeable because they are experts in the management and tourism disciplines. They also explain most of the theories and concepts clearly, which allow students to understand the importance of sustainability in tourism sector. The lecturers and tutors friendly and supportive because they like to encourage students to share their ideas or opinions during seminars and tutorials. However, the administration of Adam Smith Business School is slightly disorganised because the admin staff often notify students about room changes and timetable changes in last minutes.
This degree offers a good opportunity for me to make friends with students from different countries, which enhances my social circle and learn about new cultures. Student life in Glasgow is great because the city offers a variety of restaurants and pubs for university students to hang out on Friday and during the weekend.
