Its prestige, world-class education, history, vibrance and a bunch of other good stuff might have been why I came here but I guess why I feel like staying is the fact that I did manage to find some balance between various overwhelming aspects of my life in Edinburgh and I can say with confidence that the place itself has made the adjustment process much easier in many ways. I think it is because it is a good combination of many vital factors that make a place good and enjoyable to live: the city is not too big and not too small, gladly not too quiet and for sure not too loud, it is old, artsy and in many ways traditional but very dynamic at the same time… So, once I managed to branch out more and meet some wonderful people, it took on from there. The challenging moments for sure were mostly the times of adjusting, feeling lonely and not sure if the place or the course that I am doing is right but I stopped asking those questions at the point when the uni and this city became a very essential part of my life through time. I have a lot of good stuff to say about it and I guess that does mean something.
