The structure allows you to work with staff to explore your own interests within your programme. Everyone is there to help you through your time at university. As I was a lockdown student, sometimes I felt isolated during lectures but our tutorials brought everyone together again.

Heriot Watt has provided great extracurricular activitres while at univeristy, making it easy to make friends and conncentions. The student union offered a range of options, and the sports union were great at getting all sports involved and hosting events. However in my actual course I found due to how big the course was that I struggled to get to know lecturers or suports in the business school. I think if it wasnt for sport I would’ve struggled at heriot watt.

‘This review is geared mainly towards the HWUD campus’ What Heriot-Watt Dubai lacks in diversity and student-life, it makes up for with a straightforward approach towards obtaining a business degree. If you’re looking for an immersive college experience, this might not be the best university 🙂
