at Edinburgh Napier University

Having studied. Energy and Environmental Engineering at Napier for 4 years I can say that the University has a lot of great qualities such as ENSA which helped me through many difficulties both financially and academically aswell as some personal issues ENSA’s staff and very friendly and their advisors are very knowledgeable. The Jack Kilby computer centre, which is open 24/7, where you’ll always find a place to get coursework done.
The course was difficult (as it should be) but some staff in the Uni were more than willing to give help where it was needed as well as making the subjects very interesting, Maths Plus was a major help for myself. Although you will get your boring subjects and lectures, as with any University most lecturers are very apoarachable and will take into consideration student opinions.

There is some bad though, The university faced some major management issues last year and it directly affected some of our studies and there are times and coursework not being marked properly or on time.
As mentioned before some of the staff are very approachable and willing to help although some aren’t.

All in all my experience at Napier was very good and I met many good friends whilst studying there, and other students there made the student experience great.
