I choose Cranfield University because of its ranking. My only criterion was ranking, but after entering the university, I learned that ranking is not the only thing you must evaluate. Eventually, you must proceed in your career; even career support matters. Employability rate matters as well. Cranfield university serves best in all of this but only thing that still disturbs me is whether the learning that I get from from here is that worth what I have paid.

This university offers only post-grad courses that make the campus very mature and career-oriented. Having its own airport and aviation system and being able to witness new planes flying daily in the uni is a breathtaking view. Cranfield University’s Strategic Marketing course has one of the best structures and very well-planned modules. They provide an all-round development in the subject. The best talents of the industries give master classes and in-depth knowledge of their field. The faculty is highly experienced and always ready to solve your doubts. Being situated in the countryside you get the right balance of study and fun life. You can always go out to have fun but you have the perfect atmosphere to study and grow in your field. The career team enables you with various CV, cover letter, job fair services so that you get a perfect mix of everything. There are plenty of club/societies to join and you can even create your own.
Various other STEM courses are very highly ranked.
Amidst the busy hustle-bustle life you can study at peace with an open mind here. Life can be slow paced here but not the courses, they are rigorous and require a lot of your attention as most of them are one year courses.

Cranfield School of Management is one of the United Kingdom’s most prestigious business schools. The majority of master’s programmes are among the best in the world. My master’s degree is in Strategic Marketing, which is ranked fifth in the United Kingdom and fifteenth worldwide by the Guardian and QS World (2022) respectively.
Speaking specifically of my course, it is more practical than theoretical; what distinguishes it from marketing courses at other UK universities is the Marketing consultancy project with a real client, in which they presented us with a real-world problem and we provided them with a three-year marketing plan; it was a truly enriching experience. In addition, we had a module on big data analytics in which we learned how to use two softwares to analyse qualitative and quantitative data.
There was never a dull moment in my course; every so often, marketing industry professionals would visit campus and share valuable insights on the latest marketing trends. Aside from academics, the social life on campus is also quite pleasant, with numerous eateries and student associations that host frequent events. I would recommend Cranfield to future students because I had a wonderful experience here.

The progress is great to let me get to know more about this field and give me some instruction to help me have some thoughts about my future career planning. But because of the covid-19, there aren’t too much different countries’ students here.
