I will always remember being alone on Christmas Eve, staying up all night working on my dissertation in a medieval church-turned-library. Looking up at the snow falling outside the window, looking down at my pen. I’m afraid I’ll never get the chance to spend a lifetime simply seeking knowledge.

I have always loved reading books since I was a child, and now that I am at Cambridge, it is like being immersed in a sea of books. The library at Cambridge is not very big but it is very well stocked. The whole interior area is antique. That’s why the library was the place I went to most during my school years.
