The University of Law was my first choice for pursuing my Master’s in Law and the Legal Practice Course, and I’m glad I made that decision. My experience there was enriching both academically and personally. I had the privilege of learning from knowledgeable and supportive lecturers who made complex legal topics engaging and understandable. I also formed lasting friendships and found a strong sense of community.

One aspect I particularly appreciated was the university’s commitment to student well-being; there were dedicated support services that made a real difference, especially during stressful periods. While the workload was intense, with daily reading demands and fast-paced lectures, it taught me discipline and the importance of staying organised. Missing a class could make catching up challenging due to the volume of material, but overall, the academic rigor helped me grow both intellectually and professionally.

The university of law is a great university with lots of diversity and a really flexible learning structure perfect for students who are working along side their studies or have other responsibilities such as caring for someone. It is unlike a conventional university in the sense that it is more of an organisation so if you are looking for the typical uni life you probably won’t find it there however, most campuses tend to be in city centres so you can still find loads of things to do outside of uni. Some bad things would be that the quality of learning is not consistent across different professors so if you have a better professor you’ll do well if not you may not understand the material well enough. Also the university does not provide student accommodation so you will to find private accommodation which can be hard and expensive.

I think this school has many requisites to become the most sought-after university for students in the country.The professional growth of the teachers I think is a strong point to reach our goals.

The course is interesting, the teachers offer support if needed.

The campus is small however that is a good thing because it means that there aren’t as many students which means that you can get the support and help that is needed of teachers.

I study LLB LAW, I enjoy this course because it gives students like myself the opportunity to study many different branches of law, I find this extremely useful as each individual can what aspect of law interest them most and potentially want to work in. Personally, I have enhanced my passion for criminal law and criminology specifically. As I’ve started university during the pandemic and lockdown, I was mostly studying online, however, the university has made this experience better than I expected. As well as preparing and supporting students with final exams and coursework.

I’m currently entering my third year and I genuinely believe I wouldn’t have got this far without the constant support and positive mentoring that I receive from my tutors and staff at the uni. I absolutely love the content and find each module easy to navigate through and gripping.

Tutors and administration team are amazing! Especially during this uncertain time, the university has been efficient and helpful by moving all the resources online and providing extra help when needed. I would recommend this university to anyone

Very demanding but the course I took (LPC) was well guided and structured throughout the year.

However it is fast past and I would advise taking it other two years while working as a paralegal.
