My time at Birmingham City University has been very mixed. Joining in September of 2020, I feel the university handled the Covid crisis very well, and made sure we got as much in person teaching as possible. The teaching, as difficult as it was, managed to stay engaging throughout. As time has gone on, I have grown frustrated with the faculties ability to respond to emails and build a more personal relationship with their students. This can be the difference between a pass and a fail. Overall, I would rate my experience a 7/10
