My opinion of this university is it is welcoming to anyone who wants to learn. Starting off as a student myself where I didn’t even know a line of code before joining the Computing course that was available expanded my knowledge on the subject, allowed me to communicate with industry professionals, and allowed me to gain confidence in the field I wanted to go into. The teachers are enthusiastic and find different ways to teach as well as continuously change the way in which they teach students. They also support us in all aspects of coursework, work in classrooms and work outside of the classrooms. Each teacher is well versed in their field and they constantly respond through emails to ensure students know what they have to do.
What I liked about the university was that they taught the subject from the ground up. They treated it as though every student was a new applicant and ensured every student felt supported in every aspect of the lesson. The lectures were both engaging and informative, the teachers were enthusiastic and driven, and you could feel how much they want you to succeed. Something I dislike about the university is how difficult it is to change your classroom schedule, but other than that its great.
I would definitely recommend the university. I would recommend them based on their engagement with students, their attitude to learning, how they keep up with industry standards, and how they constantly look for feedback to improve their chosen course. The courses are all relevant to current industry standards and you always feel like what you’re learning is worth what you’re studying.
