I studied Interior Design at the Canadian University Dubai, and overall it was a valuable and enriching experience. The program was well-structured and focused on developing both creative and technical skills through studio-based learning, real projects, and presentations. I had the opportunity to explore different design concepts while learning industry-relevant tools such as drafting, space planning, and 3D modelling. The university environment also exposed me to a diverse mix of cultures, which added depth to my design thinking.
The Interior Design program at CUD helped me grow academically and professionally by encouraging creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving. The faculty provided guidance through practical assignments and real-world design challenges, which built my confidence as a designer. Overall, it was a strong foundation for my career in interior design and prepared me for professional practice in the UAE.
