As a first-year software engineering student at Istanbul Nisantasi University, I have had the opportunity to explore various aspects of the university, and I would like to share my experiences and thoughts.

**What I Like:**

1. **Dedicated Faculty:** The professors are knowledgeable and approachable. They genuinely care about students’ success and are always available to help with any academic or personal issues.

2. **Modern Facilities:** The university is equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories and computer labs, which are essential for a software engineering student. The campus is modern and provides a conducive learning environment.

3. **Practical Approach:** The curriculum is designed to offer a balance between theoretical knowledge and practical application. This hands-on approach has been very beneficial in understanding complex concepts.

4. **Supportive Community:** The university fosters a sense of community and collaboration among students. There are numerous clubs and organizations that provide opportunities for networking and personal growth.

**What I Dislike:**

1. **Administrative Issues:** There have been some challenges with the administrative processes, such as enrollment and scheduling. These can be frustrating and time-consuming.

2. **Limited Electives:** I feel that the selection of elective courses is somewhat limited. It would be great to have more options to explore different areas of interest within the field of software engineering.

3. **Cafeteria Services:** While the food is generally good, the cafeteria could benefit from more variety and better organization during peak hours.

**Would I Recommend Istanbul Nisantasi University?**

Despite some minor drawbacks, I would recommend Istanbul Nisantasi University to prospective students.
