Eskisehir Technical University (formerly known as Anadolu University) is a brand new university whose roots go back to the 2000s. The engineering faculty is mostly focused on quality and accreditated by MUDEK. (MUDEK is a full member of ENAEE (European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education). All programs have a EUR-ACE certificate. In my department(Electrical and Electronics Engineering) program is 100% English taught. Professors speak English all the time(of course with some exceptions like no foreign students present) and exams are 100% English. Department is known for its rich laboratories. Most of the department related courses have mandatory laboratories. There are 6 options to focus at 4th year: Power Systems, Signal Processing, Telecommunications, Digital Systems, Control Systems and Electronics. There are several mandatory courses for each minor area and some flexibilities for taking courses from other areas too. Before graduation, 240 ECTS and bachelor project/thesis should be completed and it is highly examined by the advisor and also by faculty because of accreditations. It is mostly hard to pass exams without studying so students should be prepared to study a lot.
