This masters’ degree offers an interesting insight into the fields of work and organizational psychology. Real cases are used for assignments and students get to work with different companies from the Netherlands. That makes it very interesting but also challenging. Furthermore, guest lecturers from different companies share their experiences and offer insight into their daily work. The courses are set up in a very interactive way and often include group assignments or group discussions. Currently, all courses are taught on campus.

I would recommend the degree, as it combines theoretical knowledge, research, and practical case studies.

Great professors who combine theoretical aspects of courses with practical exercises. There are many group works that lead to learning deeply. There is an intense schedule especially for master’s degrees which can be tough sometimes. There are many quizzes and assignments that ensure you have learnt lessons. You can experience a great student life beside many international students.
