I completed my Master’s in Management at Saxion University of Applied Sciences, and overall, it was a valuable and career-oriented experience. The program is strongly focused on practical knowledge, which helped me understand how management concepts apply in real business situations.

One of the best parts of the program was the structure of the courses. Subjects related to leadership, strategic management, and organizational behavior were particularly useful. The curriculum often included real-life case studies, group projects, and presentations, which improved my problem-solving and decision-making skills.

The professors were generally knowledgeable and supportive. Many of them had industry experience, which added real-world insights to the classes. Some lecturers were especially engaging and encouraged open discussions, making the learning environment interactive. On the downside, the workload during project periods could be quite intense, especially with multiple deadlines at the same time. Additionally, administrative processes sometimes required patience, as responses were not always very fast.

Overall, I would recommend Saxion University of Applied Sciences for students who want a practical and internationally oriented Master’s in Management. If you are motivated and willing to take initiative, you can gain strong skills and valuable experience from this program.
