I’m doing my PhD program at National Taiwan University. Taiwan is very convenient for studying, the price is not too high, and people are very friendly. Taiwan is an international place and very safe. Taiwanese are more interested in foreigners so if you want to learn Chinese, you can get to use Chinese to talk to the strangers or friends every single day. Here are many research resources that we can use and the professors are very nice.
