University of Colombo offered me an experience worth of a lifetime! I am glad I had the privilege of being a student at the Colombo University. I was a student at the Faculty of Management and Finance, and I would wholeheartedly recommended my university for others who are looking forward for a rewarding and fulfilling academic journey. University of Colombo is best known for its commitment towards academic learning, and this was evident through the dedicated panel of lecturers I met while at university. Not just that, even the curriculum was on par with the new developments in the business world and we were offered with access to a range of resources, that too free of charge, to develop our knowledge and skills. It’s no wonder that University of Colombo got the overall 1st position among all other Sri Lankan universities at the Second Edition of Webometrics Ranking 2023, and not just that , it also ranked 46th in South Asia as well, which is indeed impressive. Moreover, Colombo university places a strong emphasis on research , and I was awarded with many opportunities to engage in multiple projects which definitely helped me improve my skills and stand out from the crowd. All in all, I would recommend this university 100%, mainly because of the well rounded education it offers along with the academic excellence. If you are looking for a place to see you grow as a person, both professionally and academically, then I wholeheartedly recommend attending university of Colombo for your academic journey.
