The University of Valencia is the third best university in Spain, known for its high educational quality. Besides studies, it gives you many opportunities to enter the work world, does diversified formations with certificates, and highly encourages sports and activities that can be handled in parallel with one’s studies.

The International Business degree has the main advantage of having to pass 48 credits abroad which means that you should stay a one-course year in another country to get the diploma. Moreover, it is a widely open field in which you can do so many different jobs from marketing director to financial and accounting or even become a global economist manager. Negatively, it has subjects of many fields as languages, maths or law which could be difficult as when you are studying you have so many areas to cover. About the student life in Valencia, I didn’t have a lot due to COVID 19 restrictions and our campus is quite little and only has with some coffees shop. Finally, the facilities are quite old and don’t cover all the students’ needs.

When I decided to study law back in 2017, I knew I wanted to do it in a public university. As far as I know, the University of Valencia cannot be considered a “bad” institution, but it is not a top institution either, in my experience.
A lot of technical work has still to be done since there is a lack of technology in the university overall.
When it comes to the professors, my experience has really been a mix, since I have found amazing professionals who really worth the effort to go to the classes, but I have also found so many other teachers that were not prepared at all.

In relation to the student life and the campus itself, there is a lack of variety: we only have 2 or 3 cafeterias, that are not well managed, and the campus itself does not have anything but the buildings with the classes and the mentioned cafeterias. Of course, we have a quite big library, which is quite convenient, but students, I think, would love to have more areas to work on and to chill.

The University of Valencia seems to me a very basic infrastructure, the classrooms are equipped with the right and necessary and sometimes it is difficult to read the slides, according to the place where you are sitting since the quality of the slates is quite low. I must emphasize the sports facilities since you have free access to the slopes and have equipment for all kinds of sports, soccer, tennis, basketball … ____Teachers are quite diverse, there are very good and very bad teachers. In my opinion to have a complete training it is necessary to attend extracurricular activities and in that sense the University of Valencia organizes many forums and activities for all students who may be interested .__ As soon as life in Valencia is relatively cheap, there is a lot of atmosphere and It is easy to access any part of the city since in addition to the variety of public transport there are already many motorcycle rental applications. ____ I would recommend the University of Valencia in general, I think it has quite good prestige to be a public university in Spain and has everything necessary to have a good academic education.
