I studied for a degree in Magisterio (teaching studies of primary school) at the Campus of Tarongers.
The location is really good, the Campus it’s just a couple of steps from all the restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. And just 15 minutes from the beach.
Usually, the students have their accommodation close to the Campus, but there are a couple of bus stops in front of the main door.
What I like the most, is that the buildings are modern and new, and also, that everything is really close. The campus has an exclusive library just for Magisterio students and a cafe, where the prices are really cheap, and the food is really good.
About the teachers, in general, I’d say that they were pretty good. In some subjects, I didn’t have exams and I was evaluated with assessments or team works. But in the most of the cases, I had to do an exam, and I didn’t like it at all, because as a teacher, we were told in the most of the classes that it’s really important to stop with the traditional method in the classroom, where the children just listen and don’t interact. And that’s exactly what we did in some of the classes.
