I applied for a Master in English as the master coordinator promised me it is available. On my first day I found out they only had it in Spanish, so I moved from Germany to Spain for a Master where I couldn’t understand anything and of course, it was already very late to apply for another University or Business School. I wrote a Mail to the coordinator as the people in the front office couldn’t help me, but I didn’t get an answer. As well I tried to call but you only have the number of the front office and they always told me the coordinator is busy or when they told me he will call me back I didn’t get a call. After a while, I got the Information that I will get my money back but I had to fill in a form. Of course, I didn’t get the form in the time period the coordinator promised me and I had to try to call again. Same as last time I had no chance to speak with him. At the end, I contacted a lawyer and wrote a last mail to the coordinator. He replied 10 minutes later…! I can not recommend this business school!! Even I had the chance to visit two different classes for one session and the lecturer explained very practical which was good but very very slow. You also have to take care because you won’t get a Master of Science or Art or anything accepted in der European Region.
