Good, but overpriced for the value provided

EU Business School offers a diverse and international environment with students from many different backgrounds, which creates valuable networking opportunities. The professors are generally approachable, and studying in Barcelona is a great experience in itself.

However, I found the university to be significantly overpriced for what it offers. While the programs provide a basic foundation in business topics, there was limited emphasis on deep academic learning or developing advanced practical skills. Much of the learning felt surface-level rather than rigorous.

One of my biggest disappointments was the lack of meaningful work experience opportunities provided directly by the school. Although employability and industry connections are often highlighted, I expected stronger support for internships, real-world projects, and career development.

Overall, my experience was positive in some aspects, particularly the international atmosphere and networking opportunities, but I believe the value for money could be much better. I would recommend the university mainly to students looking for an international experience in Barcelona, but those seeking intensive learning and strong career integration may want to carefully compare other options first.

Dear Bogdan,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and feedback.

We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the international atmosphere, diverse student body, approachable professors, and the opportunity to study in Barcelona. These are important aspects of the EU Business School experience and are highly valued by many of our students and alumni.

We also appreciate your comments regarding academic depth, value for money, and career development opportunities. While we understand that individual expectations and experiences may vary, we would like to note that career readiness and industry engagement are central components of our programs. Through our Career Services department, eligible students have access to internship opportunities, one-to-one career guidance, workshops, networking events, company visits, guest speaker sessions, and career fairs. In addition, 150 to 200 internship opportunities are shared each month with students through EU Business School’s network. Many students connect with employers and gain valuable professional experience through these opportunities.

Our educational approach combines academic learning with practical business application, entrepreneurship, and industry exposure. While this may differ from more traditional or research-focused academic models, it is designed to help students develop the skills, professional network, and international perspective required in today’s global business environment.

Thank you again for your balanced and thoughtful feedback. We value all student perspectives and continuously review our programs and services to ensure we provide a meaningful and rewarding educational experience.

We wish you continued success in your future endeavors.

Kind regards,
Ana
