EADA and our company collaborated on a special program to certify our hard skills. The curriculum included mandatory subjects alongside additional modules tailored to our industry. While two of the mandatory topics did not align perfectly with our specific needs, the complementary courses provided a solid foundation and a structured framework for an industry that previously lacked formal training paths for professionals (who typically learned entirely through daily challenges—a major vulnerability when dealing with corporate and enterprise clients). I not only highly recommend partnering with a private business school, but I also encourage continuing to develop and expand the program once it is established.
