The university values contributions and feedback from a diverse range of individuals, such as parents and students. Suggestions and opinions can be shared based on observations that highlight areas requiring improvement, areas where the institution may have overlooked, or aspects where they are performing well but could benefit from additional insights. These insights are diligently considered by the university’s board and effectively addressed to enhance the overall functioning of the institution. Through its initiatives, the university nurtures qualities like fortitude and resilience in students, fostering a supportive environment that encourages them to pursue their goals. This approach imbues students with a sense of empowerment, instilling the belief that they have the potential to achieve great things in various aspects of their lives.
View moreThe University of Barcelona has many positive aspects. To begin with, it is a University with great international renown, thanks to this the professors who teach the classes are professionals with great knowledge and are always willing to help students outside class hours, either by email, is very good. communication by this means, or in person after class. The facilities are very good and are equipped with very good material, in the laboratories, computer rooms, library, etc.
The vast majority of the University’s faculties are located in the Barcelona metropolitan area, which makes the daily commute very easy if you live in the city.
I would also like to highlight something that I consider to be very positive, which is that the curriculum has an extensive number of practice hours, this makes it easier to gain experience on the theory seen in class.
Finally, a negative point that I would like to mention since it can be useful for other students, is that the University, due to the way in which the schedules are organized, does not leave much availability for students who have to work part-time while they are studying.
