While most students from other universities have to pay the registration fee to be able to register for the course. The university of the Western Cape allows students to be financially cleared in order to proceed to register without paying the registration fee. This allows students to be able to seek funds for registration while also studying. This also allows for all students to be afforded the opportunity to study even tho they don’t have means to register at the time of registration.
