I loved how the learning was made easy as the lecturers made it easy for one to learn and grow academically. Plus I met my wife there.
Campus life was amazing! made a few lifetime friends and got a huge boost into my career with all the work done on my final year.

I recommend studying at UJ, the staff is easy to access for help but also there various tools online and around the campus to help you get around.I also enjoyed the travel opportunities available for students through some courses. Just get involved as much as you can in extra curricula activities!

I love being a part of the University of Johannesburg, the atmosphere is warm and exciting. My faculty is highly supportive, and we are assisted in taking the necessary steps towards our future. I have had the most patient and kind lecturers, who have not only provided me with academic support but also emotional support. I did not struggle with registering with the South African Health Practitioners Council because my faculty took me step by step through the process. Hepetis B vaccines were also not an issue because we were provided with affordable means for that. We are also supported to excel in academics through yearly awards, and bursary opportunities. I do not know what other faculties have to offer for their students, but I know that here in Biomedical Sciences we are family!

A great innovative university, first to introduce electric buses in the country, is very helpful to students offering free services for various situations that students may need help with. Great institution overall.
