    Amazing university for Erasmus Exchange Program

    I had the privilege of completing my Erasmus exchange at the University of the Azores. While the island is small, the university and its surroundings are amazing. The buildings are located in a park close to the city center with a great atmosphere. The program I was participating in was fully in english and both the professors and the students were very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this university for anyone.

    I would highly recommend this University, it is very welcoming to all kinds of people. IT is truly an amazing experience! I just dislike the fact that it does not have to much variety of courses. BEsides this everything is great. The teachers, most of the, are really friendly and they understand the shock that we teenagers have coming to university. Especially being from the Azores.

    Good experience at this university

    It’s a great university, with very good professors. They support students as much as they can and prepare them well for the future.
    It might lack a bit in terms of on-field experience, but I think that overall it’s a great place to study at.
    Recently, the new Rector has imposed a few controversial measures, which have been affecting students. However, fortunately, the University hasn’t decreased much in terms of quality.
    It is very receptive to students from all over the world and the relationship within the student community is amazing. The hazing rituals are safe and allow everyone to meet and get along with each other.
