I got my bachelor’s degree at Faculdade de Letras back in 2018. Although the experience was overall okay, I believe the organization could be improved. It’s complicated to enroll the necessary disciplines – everyone applies at the same time through a portal that gets easily overloaded and crashes. When you go back online, everything is already full. This impacted my experience in a very negative way. The facilities were also very old, the classrooms were always very cold during the winter, and extremely hot during the summer.
