What I liked about college, in general, was the possibility of experiencing Law in other areas or areas of knowledge (Anthropology, International Relations, Sociology, Economics, History, etc.). In addition, I experienced in the chair of “Interdisciplinary Legal Practice” the legal practice with classes taught by Law Firms. Despite this, the hours of classes were excessive and we often stayed all day to have classes. Another point that made me unhappy is the absence of group work and other means of continuous assessment other than the mandatory exam in some subjects, in addition to the lack of attendance or oral exams. For those who are interested in the course and would like to experience a more internationalized teaching, there are courses taught in the English language (B2), and students must take an English exam for certification held at the college after the exam seasons (Cambridge Exam). One aspect that I believe should be improved in the faculty would be the space, since we are studying in a temporary building and which will in the future be transferred to Carcavelos (next to the Nova School of Business and Economics). In terms of work, I believe that the faculty has assigned the necessary mechanisms for me to start my life in the legal field.
