The University of Lisbon offers numerous opportunities for success, providing plenty of resources and ways to build career connections. UniLis embraces its “liberal arts school” atmosphere by allowing students to explore multiple areas of study. However, it doesn’t earn 5 stars because it primarily caters to white, upper-class students. While it markets to POC, it feels like there aren’t enough opportunities for affinity groups and for POC individuals to connect with like-minded peers.

I love how everything that is being taught is also being implemented. There’s no hear say here, just facts and logic and application. It gives a realistic approach to how a problem would actually be solved in real life. Good stuff

Overall, I have found it to be a well-rounded and demanding institution, with highly qualified professors and good resources. They also took great care to help students prepare for the future, both in terms of job prospects and international opportunities. My program is comprehensive so far and has shown it is very useful for my career. I do wish the bureaucracy was less of an obstacle, but it’s a small price to pay for the quality of the education I receive.

This school at Lisbon is a just the right fit. An institution with modern facilities, a contemporary curriculum, and plenty of activities for students. The facilities are very decent a Chemists dream world. The curriculum is constantly evolving to keep up with the latest developments in academia. And the campus is always filled with activities, with a variety of clubs, societies, and events to keep students engaged. Overall, the University of Lisbon is a first-class educational institution.

It’s a university with good resources and high-quality teachers. The program is very complete and demanding. More and more, the university tries to invest in the future of their students abroad by hosting events that allow students to learn the best ways to search for jobs in Portugal and abroad. The bureaucracy tends to be too much and hard to process most of the time. My program was very complete and will use the knowledge that I still use.
