Nova is a great university in Portugal, ranked n1 in Lisbon. I recommend it a lot, lot of international people which is great for networking, also very great theorectical professors and even better teaching assistant, since they are younger they explain and understand us really well. Although is a bit far from the center of lisbon the campus is awesome and has great facilities. Overall I give it 4,5/5 the classes are a bit hard but if you follow the nova sbe program they balance out the classes.

Ever since I started high school, I have always wanted to study at Nova. When I actually got in, it felt like a dream come true. To be honest, my first year was quite challenging because it was so different from high school, but with the help of the professors and TAs, I was able to overcome all my difficulties and achieve my goals.

The social environment at the university is actually one of the things I like the most. People are always willing to help each other without expecting anything in return, even if they don’t know you.

Overall, studying at Nova is not easy. You need to be very focused and committed, but it is definitely a great experience. Because of that, I am considering pursuing my master’s degree at Nova as well.

Nova SBE provides a distinct methodology that combines theory with practice which allows students to develop themselves in close contact with the corporate world. Everything in a very international context and there is an effort to integrate new business trends in the curriculum. Even though there is still a focus on consultancy-related careers which overlooks many other possibilities, I believe that Nova SBE provides a complete set of tools for everyone to succeed in the future.

At NOVASBE the learning process is alongside with rigor and excellence, that pushes towards your limits which is key to foster your academic development.
Thanks to NOVASBE, I had the opportunity to study 6 months in Madrid, which was great for me the exposure to live in a different country and new learning methods.
I recommend to all that are eager to improve their skills but are not afraid to be challenged to show hard work and excellence.

Nova SBE really teaches you how to manage your time and priorities under pressure. It was quite a nightmare during some hard weeks, but now, afterall, it has made me a more efficient worker. All the presentations and group works also helped me to be confortable in front of an audience or a meeting.

I studied at nove for 5 years during my Bachelors and Masters. The university prepared me for the future and provided me an amazing learning experience. I had the opportunity to make great friends, learn from amazing professors and prepare myself for a promising career. The university is quite international with 50% of masters students being foreign, it offers a lot of exchange programs in more then 50 countries, it encourages us to go abroad for internships and they use English as the main language to prepare us for an international future.

The school offers a lot of different programs, there are many clubs we can join depending on our preferences and there are also a lot of sports teams. Every year there are two career fairs and many networking events or company presentations. We always have opportunities to speak to big companies or even do projects with them.

The school services work well, they are really helpful, they are just a little busy in certain periods like the beginning of the school year.

The facilities are great, near the beach but also close to the city center. The campus is huge, the classrooms are modern and there is always something happening at the school.

I recommend the university to every future students that wants to learn management, economics or finance and also wants to study in a dynamic city like Lisbon and in a top university like Nova.

I like Nova SBE because it gives me a good environment to study business, meet international people, and have opportunities like exchange and career fair. I also like that the courses are quite challenging, especially the quantitative ones, because I feel like I’m actually learning something useful. Overall, I would still recommend Nova SBE because I think it’s a good school with a lot of opportunities.
