This institution regarding international students: If you encounter any issue with Visa application, with procedures with the financial situation or any personal/professional issue you will not be granted your refund for registration fees. 1400 Euro out the window. Simply put, they want you to fail to attend, they will not under any situation, and I mean any, refund you your money.
