Teachers are dynamic
The university itself is quite captivating, educational and helps students a lot regarding their education.
The environment of the university itself is not very captivating due to its structure.
The environment in relation to the students is also not the best, which also makes the university very tiring and competitive.
Removing this at an educational level is very advisable.
