Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon - FCUL (reviews)

My opinion about FCUL, is that the University has good teachers and staff, even though the facilities are very outdated for some departments.
I had a good experience overall, since my fellow students were all nice and pleasant, and the teachers were dedicated and had good teaching skills. I had a good education experience at FCUL.

I really enjoyed the 3 years I spent taking my Biology bachelor’s at FCUL. I could not have picked a different institution for my bachelor’s. It was an incredible experience, which made me grow into a better adult and person overall. Most of the professors I had were great (save for a few exceptions, as per usual) and the classes were really meaningful. I also had a great time making friends and participating in my department’s Praxe. The experiences I had during those 3 years either in or out of campus, were unforgettable. The only thing I regret was Covid taking away almost half of the time I spent studying there, which completely changed my perspective. However, I think the institution adapted well to me drastic and quick changes.

I really advise people to chose FCUL to pursue their dreams!
