I find that rating a university is not an easy task, as I have no means of comparing the experience – I never studied in any other universities!
Compared to the experiences told by some friends, I am led to believe the teaching methods I had in mine were somewhat old and not the most relevant in today’s time. Students were mostly passive learners in class, and there were both great as well as not-so-great teachers. Yet, we had good access to relevant resources (in my case, a university hospital), which is really impactful.
Student life is rich and with strong traditions, which is a relevant aspect of the years spent in university too.
We have a good and very complete programme and with a lot of practical classes in the hospital. But on the other hand, our university is quite disorganized and sometimes is a chaos and you feel kind of lost there.
