Overall, I found the Medicinal Plant Technology program to be quite interesting. The curriculum touches upon many fascinating aspects of plant science and their potential health benefits. However, I felt that the program placed a slightly disproportionate emphasis on agricultural subjects compared to those specifically focused on herbalism and medicinal plants. While the agricultural aspects are undoubtedly important for cultivation, I would have appreciated a greater depth and breadth in the areas directly related to the therapeutic properties and applications of these plants.
The quality of the teaching staff was also somewhat uneven. While I had the pleasure of learning from some truly excellent and engaging lecturers who clearly demonstrated a passion for their subjects, there were others whose delivery and enthusiasm were less inspiring.
