Cebu Technological University is a state University, I think it is given that the facilities are not that excellent. However the University is also doing its best to make it better, it is just that they lack maintenance.

The university is a large campus and is currently under construction to accommodate more classrooms for students who want to study for free. My fears are gone and I have a clearer vision for the future. I would recommend this school to the students like me who are not well off.
