Studying Psychology at BUITEMS University in Quetta was an exciting and rewarding experience. The course was mostly what I expected a good balance of theory and practical learning. We studied different branches of psychology such as clinical, organizational, and counseling, which gave me a broad understanding of human behavior and mental health.

What I liked the most was how the teachers connected classroom lessons with real-life applications. We often discussed real psychological cases, conducted surveys, and worked on small research projects that improved my analytical and communication skills. The university environment was also supportive and diverse, which helped me grow both academically and personally.
It’s a place where you can develop critical thinking, gain practical knowledge, and prepare for higher studies or professional practice.

While considering a university whether for BS, MS, or Ph.D. study there are several things to consider. This means tuition fees, co-curricular activities, university ranking, research papers published by that particular university, and scholarships provided to students yup! The infrastructure and nature too. Therefore, BUITEM is considered one of the best universities for providing different scholarships to its student. Engaging students in different co-curricular activities, arranging international conferences, and many more to opt for. Above all, for three years BUITEMS is winning the policy-making challenge all over Pakistan. From a study point of view, there are several departments that are considered best to study in BUITEM for instance Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Computer Science.

The programme I chose at the BUITEMS was International Relations. BUITEMS offer a wide range of faculty for social sciences subjects. though most of the teachers from my department were on scholarship leave, but still the one left to teach us were excelling in their subject. teachers allowed healthy debates in the classroom, knowing well that this programme requires knowledge of debate and discussions. Other than essential subjects for IR, few non-essential subjects were also taught to develop the general skills. overall, studying in this university gives you adequate knowledge about subject as well as skill set.
