My university is a very good school with quality teacher who are enthusiastic about teacher. It’s a good place to learn and earn a degree. The environment is conducive and well secured. I would recommend people to study in the university.

my opinion about Abia State University is nostalgic in nature considering that it was founded in 1981 as then Imo State University. When Abia State was created in 1991 it became Abia state University. it is located in Uturu and has a rural/urban setting
The university is subdivided into faculty’s and 2 of its best discipline are the Law and Optometry, which is one of the best in the country.
it plays a crucial role in the higher educational sector in Nigeria, striving to ensure high educational standard and has produced great Alumni’s.
What i like about the university is its conducive learning environment, dedicated lecturers and the resilience of her students anywhere they are found. My dislikes are the frequent disruptions of the academic sessions, incessant increment in fees, infrastructure decadence and limited resources both for student and lecturers alike.
Yes i would gladly recommend this Institution of learning.

My university is and still remains one of the best state universities in Nigeria. They are situated in the heart of uturu in Abia state with over 15,000 on-site students.

The environment is serene with adequate security, good water supply and electricity services.

They have good lecturers, quality academias and amazing cafeteria services.

You would really enjoy being a student of Abia state university, uturu.

We were about 600 in my department and the classroom wasn’t quite big but if you came earlier for lectures you would have the rare opportunity to sit in front. Campus life was fun as there were so many activities in the school from parties, departmental and faculty events etc.
