In my opinion, the university of Benin is a great school that lives up to its name. Particularly my faculty, the faculty of law. I owe a vast amount of the knowledge I have now to my lecturers there. However, I think they don’t really allow students to have a say on issues that affect us. And that’s actually not right. I hope they improve on that.
Social life is restricted now more than ever on campus. Overall, my stay here has been nothing short of great, except the ASUU strikes.
I highly recommend Uniben for it’s academic excellence and serene environment. The environment is peaceful and well suited for learning purposes. The lecturers are learned and top notch in their various fields.

The rate of harassment and oppression has become rather alarming. The school management, state and federal government should look into curbing this menace.
