    Classrooms, hostels, and labs are in a state of disrepair, with broken windows, leaking roofs, and cracked walls.
    Toilets are often unusable due to filth, blocked sewage, or lack of running water. Hostels may be overcrowded and dirty.
    Low Morale both students and staff feel demoralized, unmotivated, and detached from the institution’s success.
    Lack of Innovation,No initiatives for growth, research, or community development. The institution stagnates with no vision for improvement.
