I would highlight the way the university deals with their students. As you all know, each student comes from different cultural and religious backgrounds. However, the university policy neglects those points and treats their students as if they were the same. Another point concerns the university accompanying of their freshmen students; Mentoring programs are there but they are not efficient as students do not benefit from the chance given to them, and prefer not to go, as the university does not highlight the importance of this step for those students which could have a direct impact on their future and the time spent at the university.
Another important issue is the follow-up with the mental health of students within the university. Several students think and feel like that that they need to talk to a specialist, but at the same time they feel misguided and do not where or to whom to go.
